This was Colt Property Group's first solo project! This was the least involved and fastest project we have ever done. There was no major rehabbing here - just new flooring, paint, countertops, fixtures and hardware. While we thoroughly enjoyed getting our feet wet at tackling a project solo, we quickly came to realize that the best part of this process is recreating a space! We put the house on the market and immediately the feedback was that people wanted another door leading to the back yard. Our fabulous team got back in there immediately to add two French doors on either side of the fireplace. We had an offer within the next week. Again, always learn from your mistakes...
