Manford Hill

This Manford Hill home was a first come, first serve wholesale deal. This house was one of Colt Property Group’s earlier projects, therefore, a huge learning opportunity. Being human, we will always make mistakes when embarking on something new, and this house reminded us of that. The converted garage space (which was actually permitted) had a shower and a sink, so it was perfect for our plans to build out a primary suite. However, once we closed on the house and went to start our plans, we realized there was no toilet! There are of course always things you miss in the beginning, but that was a biggie! As Colt Property Group always does, we made it work. We ultimately converted a large underutilized space into a gorgeous primary suite. This was made possible by updating the kitchen and the rest of the bathrooms and installing new windows and floors throughout. Among a few other finishing touches, fresh paint through the entire home completed the project.
